A lawyer’s ability to negotiate is in many ways the most important skill they can have. In this webinar, Marcel Mongeon, lead instructor for ezCPD, lawyer, deputy judge, negotiator and frequent presenter on negotiating skills, will share with you what he has learned in his more than 30 years experience.
The training will be based on Negotiating the Harvard Way. In this course, participants will learn about the content, process and relationships involved in a negotiation. You will also learn how to apply the tenets of interest-based negotiations in a conflict-resolution proceeding, measure negotiations, and get to BATNA (Best Alternative to a Negotiated Agreement).
